Es dauert ungef\u00e4hr 3 Jahre, bis die Platten ausgeruht und getrocknet sind, damit wir sie in S\u00e4tze schneiden k\u00f6nnen. Zu dieser Zeit treten oft versteckte F\u00e4ulnis oder andere Defekte in der Mitte der Platten auf, die sie unbrauchbar machen. Die guten S\u00e4tze ruhen mindestens ein Jahr, bis sie zum Verkauf stehen. Es liegt auch an negativen Erfahrungen mit Holz, dass ihre Lieferanten nicht richtig verarbeitet haben, was zu minderwertigem Material gef\u00fchrt hat.<\/p>\n<p>F\u00fcr sachkundige Handwerker, die bereit sind, sich die Zeit zu nehmen, k\u00f6nnen afrikanische Harth\u00f6lzer hervorragende Ergebnisse liefern \u2013 vorausgesetzt, sie werden richtig verarbeitet!<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"daruber\"><strong>Unser Verfahren zum Trocknen von Tonholz<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Unsere Strategie bei ProSono besteht darin, Qualit\u00e4tsplatten dauerhaft trocknen zu lassen.<\/p>\n<p>Alle von uns gelieferten Hartholzarten werden mindestens 18 Monate und bis zu 3 Jahre in Plattenform aufbewahrt, bevor mit dem Schneiden begonnen wird.
